We have detected communication problems within the OVH network between US and EU.
Internal das seem to be affected. We are investigating.

Adding a context on the ACE is causing the malfunction. We have not yet identified why this context addition impacted the functioning of the rest of the ACE.
The service is now standardized. We are not adding this context as we have not identified the impact it has created.

The affected load balancer is located in BHS. We confirm service restoration.

We have identified the origin of the dysfunction that affects a whole network routed to a load balancer.
An addition of configuration resulted in a service unavailability.
We carried out a rollback of the configuration that has restored the service. We are monitoring.
