SharedSQL MySQL 5.6 instance. This is a minor upgrade.
Your instance will be restarted, and become unavailable 5 minutes, no
more.
Those upgrades will start on July 24th and July 31st around 22h UTC.

- Setup performance_schema so you can get metrics in your Manager
- Minor internal changes
